The front bedroom has 1 x King sized bed that can be split into 2 singles and 1 x sofa/trundle bed that can be made into 2 x single beds.

The property is newly refurbished in James' Place quirky and electric style and has a new shower room installed.

Its a great space to bring family and friends as we have included a great Games Room with Pool Table, Table Football, Darts Board with unusual decor to enhance the sense of fun.

There is a large kitchen dinner with an oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer plus all the necessary crockery, pans, glassware and utensils to satisfy your inner cook

There is a cosy lounge with 2 large sofas, flat screen TV and free wifi throughout the house.

There is a great outdoor space with an outdoor dining area with a wildlife garden that has a Bee hive and Hedgehog houses plus a Fire Pit. The property is in a quiet street and backs onto the local park with lovely country views in the distance. For those that are interested there are also some tennis courts within walking distance that can be hired by the hour.

 

The property is also dog friendly and there is unrestricted street parking in front of the property. James' Place @ The Park also has the advantage of being minutes away from The Brecon Beacons renamed Bannau Brycheiniog, Pen-Y-Fan, The Four Water Falls, Bike Park Wales and Zip World.
