This 3 bedroom property can accommodate 8 guests. The back bedroom has 1 x king sized bed that can be split into 2 singles. The middle room has 1 x standard double bed. The front bedroom has 1 x King sized bed that can be split into 2 singles and 1 x sofa/trundle bed that can be made into 2 x single beds.
Its a great space to bring family and friends as we have included a great games room with Pool Table, Table Football, Darts Board with unusual decor to enhance the sense of fun.
There is a large kitchen dinner, cosy lounge, shower room and a great outdoor space with a wildlife garden with Bee Hive and Hedgehog home, Fire Pit.
The property is in a quiet location that backs onto a park and minutes away from The Brecon Beacons renamed Bannau Brycheiniog, Pen-Y-Fan, The Four Water Falls, Bike Park Wales and Zip World.
Finally, we are pleased to say we are dog friendly.

The home has been totally refurbished in James' Place quirky and fun style - come see our grass stair case! The home can sleep up to 8 guests and of course we are child and dog friendly. The lounge comfortable sits 8 people and has a 50" flat screen TV . For those that want or need to stay connected to the outside world there is free super fast broadband throughout the house. There is an amazing outdoor space with hot tub to relax after an exciting day.
We are delighted to say that we only charge a minimal amount for the use of the Hot Tub so please ensure you let us know that you wish to use it ensure we turn it on ready for your arrival

It makes for an ideal base whether you are working away from home or visiting the Brecon Beacons with the family, Bike Park Wales with friends or doing what ever takes your fancy!
This cottage sleeps 6 in 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x single. There is also a lovely outdoor dining area covered in fairy lights.
