Self Catering Studio 2 - Dewi
Dewi is the latest edition to the James' Place family. This modern airy studio has been created in James' Place unique and quirky style. It is a lovely Studio with compact kitchen with and ensuite shower room. There is a large spacious living/sleeping area with a comfortable bed, internet TV, sofa, hanging rails for your clothes and dressing table. A hair dryer, linen, towels and toiletries are all provided free of charge. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Self-Catering Studio 1 - Butty
Studio 84 has just been newly refurbished including new kitchenette and shower room. James has designed Studio 84 in James' Place unique quirky style so you can sit back and soak up the atmosphere with the whole family as we are delighted to welcome children in Studio 84. The new kitchenette has a comfortable place to eat, all the kitchenware needed for home cooking or alternatively the local area has restaurants and take aways to suit everyone's taste. The sleeping accommodation consists of a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and 2 sofa beds in the living area. The shower room is new too, with soft towels, toilet roll and complimentary toiletries to save you the fuss of bringing with you. There is a flat screen Internet TV in the living room and bedroom plus free wifi through out the studio. As Studio 84 is on the ground floor it also has a private terrace that is reached from French doors in the double bedroom. This gives you an outdoor space to eat outside and enjoy the warm weather.
Self Catering Studio 3 - Sioni
Completed in Summer '17 this individually styled studio provides a place to relax or work from. There are all the necessary essentials with a modern kitchenette, work space, free Wifi (that is easy to connect to) and en-suite shower room.

To add a bit of luxuary at an affordable price each studio is supplied with complimentary:
- Tea & Coffee (including a pint of milk!)
- Soap & Glory Toiletries
- Homemade Welsh Cakes

This Studio has a double bed and sofa bed so can sleep up to 3 adults.

Self Catering Studio 7 - Idris
Newly launched in 2017 an individually styled self catering studios to meet your needs..

It offers a double bed with soft, clean linen to relax in and an area to work in with free Wifi that is easy to connect to. .

The kitchenette has a fridge, self induction hob, microwave and all the necessary utensils for easy self catering.

The en-suite shower room is immaculately clean & fresh with the comfort of complimentary fluffy towel and toiletries !

It is important to us that you enjoy your stay so we also provide a pint of milk and homemade welsh cakes to welcome you to Wales !

Another of our creatively styled self catering studios, completed in 2017.

Completed in Summer '17 this is our latest studio. The indivdual design will help you enjoy your stay whilst providing all the necessary essentials with a modern kitchenette, work space, free Wifi and ensuite shower room.

Self-Catering Studio 5 - Gelert
The Studio is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, Bistro Table and Sofa bed, the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need (and some things you may not!). The modern ensuite has a walk in shower, toilet and basin. This studio can accommodate 3 people.
